Profile Type | Ability granted for roles added to this profile | Recommended Roles |

Profile_edit_roles | Ability to manage which roles can manage a data and content profile. This setting grants the user the ability to change the verified use case, classification, owner, steward etc. |

Profile_link_roles | Ability to link an item to another item. Links can be used to correct missing lineage or create replacement links. |

Editing Role Settings

Select
Platform Settings in the side bar and click on Platform SettingsScroll down to locate
In the pop-out side panel, under User Management click on Users
Click on
Edit to open the edit pop-upWhen adding multiple roles, make sure you separate each role with a comma and no spaces (e.g. kada_user,kada_business_user)
Make the changes to the roles and click Save
