Open an Impact Assessment
Click Notify in the top menu
Select either Change or Incident templates to send
Complete the template and required fields
Select the impacted users to send the notification to
You can add non impacted users (via user look up or by adding their email if they are not onboarded to K)
Preview the notification and click SEND when you are ready.
