Info

<tip> You can use advance search by using the following patterns: labels:'type' AND name:'search term'

E.g. To find Tableau reports with ‘monthly' in the name use labels:'tableau' AND name:(*monthly* AND *sales)

Using the AND between search terms will search for items which match ALL the search terms. To search for items that match either search terms separate the terms with a SPACE: name:(*monthly* *sales*).

Using the wild card (*) will find tables Tableau reports called ‘monthly_transactions_extract’sales'. Removing the wildcard will find tables called 'monthly complaints dashboardsales'.

Available label types include ‘user’, ‘group’, ’tables', ‘columns', ‘schema', ‘database', ‘basictag’, ‘process’,‘domain’, ‘issue’, ‘tool’, 'query’, 'macro’, 'procedure’ and any content loaded like ‘Tableau’.
