Using search in Filters

Sometimes you may want to filter using search for a unique value that is not part of the list of filter values displayed.

This is particularly helpful for filters when you’re searching within a filter that has a large number of options.

Currently only exact match is supported. You cannot use wildcard in the filter search. For example, in the below option

  • Type if in the custom filter value

Saving your Filter Settings

After you have edited all your preferred filters, click on Save As, to save these search settings.

When you click on Saver As, a new pop up will appear letting you specify the new Filter Name and the Permissions setting.

  • Private: Only you as the creator can see and access this saved filter

  • Public: Anyone can see and access the filter via the filters page

After you click Save, your new filter will appear on the Filters page.
