    Risk: Questions about risks identified in user and adhoc data behaviour

  • Surveys: Results from user

Click on DOWNLOAD to start generating an answer.

  1. The answer is downloaded as a CSV file (comma delimited, double quoted)

The answer will automatically download when it is ready. This process shouldn’t take more than a few minutes.

2. Click on OPEN under Ask K

3. Find the relevant question and click RUN. A modal may open for you to specify a source, user or time range

4. After you click RUN, you will be taken to the extracts page where you will see your extract running. Any extract run in the last 7 days will also appear here for you to download again

5. Click on the extract after the status turns to ‘Extract ready’ and it will start to download
