K has default role permissions for the 5 key role types. Depending on your organisation’s data governance approach (e.g. centalised vs decentralised), you may want to change who has the ability to update:

Manage Role Permissions
Select Platform Settings in the side bar and click on Platform Settings
Scroll down to locate
In the pop-out side panel, under User Management Administration click on Users

Roles
Click on Edit to open the edit pop-up
When adding multiple roles, make sure you separate each role with a comma and no spaces (e.g. kada_user,kada_business_user)
Make the changes to the roles and click SaveRoles to update which users can edit data profiles, lineage, terms and collections.
Click on Save to confirm your changes
