Instructions

  1. Select ‘FEED’ tab. Use this tab to see a news feed of your data ecosystem.

  2. Select ‘DATA USED’ tab. This tab shows you tables that you use.

  3. Select ‘DATA CREATED’ tab to see tables you have created

  4. Select ‘QUERIES' tab to see queries you have run

  5. Select ‘CONTENT USED’ tab to see content you have used

  6. Select ‘CONTENT CREATED’ tab to see content you created

  7. Select ‘ISSUES’ tab to see issues created or assigned to you

  8. Select ‘OWNER’ tab to see all the items you are the owner for.

For the ‘DATA USED’ tab there are 2 filters:

  • ‘Recently used’ shows the top 25 most recently used tables used by you

  • ‘Frequently used’ shows the top 25 most frequently used tables used by you

The feed is the main feature of the Home page.

It provides a twitter like feed of personalised updates about your data ecosystem. You may see recommendations, changes, updates or actions to take in the feed. The feed is constantly updating so it is best to check regularly to keep up to date.

The metrics widget shows you how many products you’ve used, own, created or are the steward of. Click on each metric to take you to your data ecosystem page
