[M - Integrations] How to: Integrate with JIRA for issue management

Objective of this article:
K can integrate with other sources that you may use for issue management so that issues created in K can be managed in your central issue management tool.
In this article, we will show you how to integrate with Jira for issue management
Currently issues created in JIRA are not synchronised back to K. This is coming in the next release
1. Click on Platform settings and select Integration
2. Click on Issue management
New integration options are coming for other components like knowledge articles, questions, change mangement.
3. Click on NEW INTEGRATION to create a new integration
4. Fill out the form to create the new integration
Select an integration type
Give your integration a name. Users will see this name when they create an issue
Add your Jira details (Watch out! this step may be a bit complicated)
Site name should be the URL for your Jira instance
Project ID, Jira Type ID must be the number as found in JIRA. Use the following articles to help you find your Project and Jira Type ID

This can be an base field in your Jira template (like Labels) or a custom field you can add to your template. Use the following articles to help create a custom field

5. Click create to create the integration. You can test the integration by clicking on the button
6. After creating the integration, users are now taken through a process of creating their issues in JIRA.
