(Your cloud) I can't open K in my browser

This is issue was found during an on premise deployment where a network issue was identified.

There may be times when you have a problem opening the K application in the browser. Use these instructions to diagnose whether you have a network problem

Instructions to diagnose this problem

  1. If you try accessing K and encounter a blank screen

  2. Press F12 to open the Inspection panel

  3. Go to the CONSOLE tab found at the top of the panel

  4. If you see the following error: “ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED” then you have a network problem

How to fix this problem

  1. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to resolve this problem yourself. Best to let the support team know when this problem occurs.

  2. Network problems typically high priority issues that are resolved quickly. Wait and try again later
