How to: Using the Inventory

Purpose of this article:

The Inventory is a structured way to explore data, content, queries and all other items within the ecosystem.

Overview of Inventory categories

Your data ecosystem is grouped into hierarchies based on the following 8 categories.

1. Data

2. People

3. Content

4. File

5. Code

6. Collection

7. Tag

8. Issues

Instructions:

1. Click on the inventory icon on the menu bar.

2. After you click on a category, you will provided the option to drill down the hierarchy. Depending on the category selected, there may be up to 4 sub categories available to explore.

Click on the launch button after you’ve located the specific data product you are interested in
