This is issue was found during an on premise deployment where a network issue was identified.
There may be times when you have a problem opening the K application in the browser. Use these instructions to diagnose whether you have a network problem
Instructions to diagnose this problem
If you try accessing K and encounter a blank screen
Press F12 to open the Inspection panel
Go to the CONSOLE tab found at the top of the panel
If you see the following error: “ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED” then you have a network problem
How to fix this problem
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to resolve this problem yourself. Best to let the support team know when this problem occurs.
