Ask K is a self service feature to answer questions about your data ecosystem.
Currently available questions fall into the following categories.
- Data management
Management: Questions about how data is used across the data ecosystem
- Data governance
Governance: Questions about data PII, classification and issues raised.
- Data risk
Risk: Questions about risks identified in user and adhoc data behaviour
Surveys: Results from user
surveysfeedback
- Data migration
Cost: Questions about
the progress and documentation from a data migration assessment. Data Applications: Data collected from K data applications used

Instructions
Click on the Question board icon in the sidebar
Select a Tab to see the available questions that can be answered
If the question requires a source - select a data source from the drop down list
Click on DOWNLOAD to start generating an answer.
The answer is downloaded as a CSV file (comma delimited, double quoted)
The answer will automatically download when it is ready. This process shouldn’t take more than a few minutes.
