Objective of this article:
Ask K is a self service feature to answer questions about your data ecosystem.
Currently available questions fall into the following categories.
Management: Questions about how data is used across the data ecosystem
Governance: Questions about data PII, classification and issues raised.
Risk: Questions about risks identified in user and adhoc data behaviour
Surveys: Results from user feedback
Cost: Questions about cost savings or cost allocation
Platform: Data related to running and managing the K platform
We are working on adding more questions and answers to the board. We would love your thoughts on what you would like us to add. Click HERE to raise a request
1. Click on Data Applications in the menu bar
2. Click on OPEN under Ask K

3. Find the relevant question and click RUN. A modal may open for you to specify a source, user or time range
4. After you click RUN, you will be taken to the extracts page where you will see your extract running. Any extract run in the last 7 days will also appear here for you to download again
5. Click on the extract after the status turns to ‘Extract ready’ and it will start to download
