Objective of this article:

Knowledge centre is the feedback loop for your data ecosystem. Knowledge Centre creates targeted surveys to each user that is best able to answer the questions. Ask questions like ‘does this data have PII?’ or ‘was this data useful for your work?’. Data Governance managers have access to all the responses to support their Data governance work.

 

Instructions

  1. Knowledge centre can be accessed from your home page or via the menu. When you open Knowledge Centre you will see a timeline of your contributions and the option to toggle between different types of surveys to complete


     

  2. Click on the RESPONSE tab. You will see the overall responses by the community and can download the feedback results using the DOWNLOAD feature.
