Knowledge Tab
The Knowledge Tab is a great way to continually build knowledge and quickly ask questions.
Knowledge Board
The knowledge Board is where you can view historical questions and knowledge that has been contributed.
Questions that have been answered are flagged as green while unanswered questions are left as grey.
Ask a Question
Questions asked will be automatically sent to the Data Stewards and Top Users. When they answer the question, you will receive a notification in your feed.
Contribute Your Knowledge
There are different types of Knowledge that you can contribute. Using the different types are a great way to help categorise your knowledge so that it’s easier for others to search.
It’s also a great way to include helpful links that can help users locate relevant documentation stored outside of the K.
To review all Knowledge that has been contributed you can search via the Inventory
