You can extract data from K for analysis and reporting using the Ask K application or Search. This page will provide more details on the extracts available from Ask K.
Ask K extracts are pre-packaged reports that help you answer specific questions and solve specific problems.
Ask K extracts evolve over time. Feel free to request a new report or share feedback to your Kada CSM.
Ask K extracts can also be configured to be sent on a schedule via alerts. See here
