What to do with warning message: Account already exists

What to do with warning message: Account already exists

You will receive an ‘Account already exists’ warning message if K detects that you have multiple accounts.

This may occur if you have a K local account and then later your K Admin user enables SSO sign-on.

If you receive the above warning message, click on ‘Add to existing account’ and enter your SSO password.

Your old K local account will now be connected to your SSO account, this includes retaining your previous K history and actions (e.g. lists, knowledge contribution and follows).
