How to: Ask a question about a Table

Objective of this article

Knowledge is often collected in the form a frequently asked questions. You can ask questions in K which will then be sent to stewards and top users, the people best able to answer your questions. Questions can be searched and be reviewed by others.

An upcoming integration with Jira is planned so questions documented in Jira can be linked to items in K

Instructions

1. Search or use Inventory to find a table. Click to open it.

2. Click the ADD button and select Ask Question

3. Fill in the form with your question and click SAVE

4. Your question will be added to the KNOWLEDGE tab.

The question will be sent to Stewards and Top Users. You will get a notification in your feed when your question is updated
